BH4-Assist helps to maintain proper levels of tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4). BH4 plays a critical role in both neurotransmitter and nitric oxide production. It can be depleted by genetic polymorphisms in MTHFR A1298C, DHFR, high levels of ammonia (from CBS mutations), oxidative stress, or lack of SAMe or NADH. This formulation contains Royal Jelly, which has naturally occurring BH4, folinic acid, 6S-5-MTHF, SAMe and lithium to support production of BH4.

Great product and always delivered on time.
With my body’s need for BH-4 I take it daily. It is very noticeable when I miss more than a few days. My cognition is much crisper on this product even while I sleep 5 hours/ night avg. I just finished 4 mos off of coffee and BH-4 helps me there as well!
