Is it safe to take catalase by it's cell.
In the video by Dr Conners he says "look bigger picture", don't just take direct SOD. I 100% agree but why is he selling it here? I get why for me as I can't mess with my Zn, copper, Manganese levels but has he found it's ok now? Thanks!
